Kerry Brainard Verdi co-founded Verdi & Ogletree after years of representing clients at some of Washington’s most prestigious law firms. She saw an opportunity to combine big firm expertise with the strategic focus and direct attorney access that complex legal matters demand.
Kerry has a diverse litigation and investigations practice with expertise representing corporations and individuals in jury trials, administrative hearings, internal investigations, and arbitrations. Kerry has consistently been named a DC Super Lawyer in the area of White Collar Criminal Defense and has been named by the National Law Journal as one of the Nation’s Top 50 Trailblazers. She has defended companies in grand jury proceedings, represented executives in complex financial fraud cases, and conducted sensitive internal investigations. Kerry leads cases from strategy through resolution, often coordinating with co-counsel across the country.
